Job Description
Elevate our VIP experience! Join bet365, one of the world’s leading online gambling companies, as a Senior VIP Gaming Manager. Lead and grow our premium player engagement, driving exceptional service and retention for our global gaming VIPs.
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering unparalleled service and fostering lasting relationships with our most valued players. You will be instrumental in enhancing our VIP proposition and driving player loyalty.
Reporting to the Associate Vice President, VIP, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing our global VIP strategy for Gaming. With a keen focus on player acquisition, retention, and maximising lifetime value, you will work collaboratively across teams to ensure our VIP offering remains best-in-class. This is a pivotal role offering significant responsibility and the chance to shape the future of our VIP player experience within a dynamic and high-growth environment.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in a similar role within iGaming.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful VIP strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Experience in building and nurturing strong relationships with high-value clients.
- Proactive and strategic approach to player engagement and retention.
- Understanding of responsible gambling principles and their application.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, CRM, Product, Operations.
- Experience in managing budgets and driving commercial success.
