    • Lead complex transformations across the business involving organisational design, workforce change, operating model evolution and new ways of working.
    • Use workforce data and analytics to inform priorities, investment decisions and organisational outcomes.
    • Champion responsible adoption of AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve decision-making, productivity, and employee experience.
    • Build alignment across functions and geographies while navigating complex and competing stakeholder priorities.
    • Foster an inclusive, accountable, collaborative and high-performance culture.

    What We're Looking For

    • Significant executive-level People & Culture leadership experience in complex, global organisations.
    • Proven success partnering with executive leadership teams on enterprise strategy, organisational performance and the organisation’s transformational change.
    • Experience enabling organisations to achieve growth and scale.
    • Deep expertise in organisational effectiveness, talent strategy, workforce planning, succession, leadership development and change leadership.
    • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect people strategy and investment to measurable business outcomes.
    • Experience leading through senior leaders across multiple functions, regions or enterprise capabilities.
    • Demonstrated fluency in AI, workforce analytics and technology-enabled transformation, including responsible use and governance.
    • Exceptional executive presence, communication, influence, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
    • Leadership approach aligned with Aristocrat's Enterprise Leadership Attributes.
    • Ability to operate with sound judgment and a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving global environment.
