Serve as Aristocrat's global recruiting and talent champion in this Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner role. Acting as a hands-on recruitment partner and strategic advisor, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process. Running 20+ requisitions requires a demonstration of leadership, as well as flexibility, adaptability, and creativity in sourcing roles. You will lead by example and coach hiring managers on the standard methodologies related to talent assessment and selection.

    What You’ll Do

    • Be the point person for Aristocrat in all recruitment activities. Serve as a peer mentor/coach to team members of the Global Talent Acquisition Team.

    • Build trust and relationships with executive leadership and collaborators across the recruitment lifecycle to help meet the talent demands of the business.

    • Own and accelerate the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle of sourcing, attraction, engagement, screening, hiring, and onboarding.

    • Lead the development of recruitment strategy plans and comprehensive sourcing strategies for emerging skills and tough-to-fill positions. Proactively share talent intelligence and market insights to advise and educate our hiring teams and demonstrate our ability as talent advisors.

    • Build a quality pipeline of candidates, review resumes/CVs, screen candidates, present the opportunity to candidates, and coordinate throughout the interview and offer process. Drive the achievement of your individual hiring goals while balancing speed, quality, and diversity.

    • Organize and document detailed strategy sessions, debriefs, and feedback sessions with candidates and hiring teams.

    What We're Looking For

    • 7+ years of recruiting experience within a global or hyper-growth company.

    • Shown success in presenting, advising, influencing, and building rapport at all levels in an organization.

    • Self-starter, flexible, adaptable, highly organized, and proactive.

    • Demonstrate experience in building and using a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone/email and internet research.

    • Strategic partner to the business that excels in managing collaboration and driving outcomes.

    • Expert-level experience driving candidate sourcing using search engines, deep-web Boolean searching, technical, social networks, etc.

    • Knowledge of applicable laws, policies, and practices related to global recruitment.

    • Demonstrated proficiency in prioritizing a range of responsibilities, tasks, and projects simultaneously, including the ability to prioritize and question the current standards.

    • Excellent at balancing priorities, handling time wisely, being a diligent and adaptable business partner, and enhancing the recruitment process.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

    Nice To Have

    • Comfortable working with and communicating recruitment market data, reporting, and analytics – ideally with TalentNeuron, or other similar tools.

    • Strong applicant management and sourcing skills, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or other tools.

    • Prior experience in large gaming, content distribution, media and entertainment, or technology organizations.

    • Knowledge of global recruitment standard methodologies across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific regions.
