Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager at Rhino Entertainment , you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive the development and implementation of high-quality gaming products and solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the iGaming landscape, including regulations, market trends, and technology, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE LOOK LIKE
Project Planning & Execution:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of iGaming projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors to achieve project objectives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with detailed timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure projects progress smoothly.
- Implement best practices for managing gaming product development, platform integrations, and regulatory changes.
Stakeholder & Vendor Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal departments and third-party providers.
- Assist in the onboarding and integration of new software solutions, platforms, or third-party services to enhance the company’s gaming portfolio.
- Manage relationships with game providers, payment solution vendors, and other key partners to align project outcomes with business goals.
- Coordinate and actively participate in local, remote and overseas meetings with key stakeholders and partners.
Resource Allocation & Risk Management:
- Ensure optimal resource allocation for iGaming-specific tasks such as game development, backend integrations, and feature enhancements.
- Identify and assess project risks related to gaming compliance, market trends, and technology changes, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.
Change & Compliance Management:
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change management processes while adhering to industry compliance requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest regulatory requirements in the iGaming sector and ensure all projects comply with local and international gaming laws.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Measure project performance against defined KPIs, using tools and techniques suited to the iGaming industry to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders, providing clear visibility into project status, risks, and next steps.
Financial & Budgetary Management:
- Monitor project costs, ensuring they remain within budgetary constraints and deliver value to the business.
- Utilize financial analysis to make adjustments to project scope or approach as needed, optimizing spend without compromising quality.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product, Development, Operations, Compliance, Gaming and Marketing teams to ensure that project goals are aligned with the overall product strategy and market positioning.
- Facilitate open communication channels between teams, fostering collaboration to achieve high-quality project outcomes.
Continuous Improvement:
- Track project performance and implement continuous improvement processes, incorporating feedback to enhance future projects.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and regulatory developments in the iGaming industry.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and training sessions to maintain proficiency and expand your iGaming network.
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated experience in project management or a similar role within the iGaming industry
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project, as well as collaboration platforms like Slack and Trello
- Possession of PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is preferred
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field is considered advantageous
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
