What You'll Do
Lead a team responsible for Global Information Security operations.
Ensure the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of global enterprise systems.
Lead the Security Operations (SecOps) Team, encompassing Security Operations Center (SOC) roles such as monitoring, detection, analysis, threat hunting, and incident response.
Build and maintain security operations playbooks to cover any identified process gaps.
Provide mentoring and training for the SecOps team to ensure a world-class organization prepared to handle security incidents.
Develop and report important measures to demonstrate the success of the organization across all levels, including to the Board.
Assist with establishing and advancing the global strategic vision and implementation of Security Operations and Engineering aspects of Aristocrat's Global Information Security program.
Monitor industry IT and security trends to identify impacts on Security Operations interests.
Handle routine assignments and lead the security operations team.
Provide communication or customer concern paths for identified information security issues.
Support acquisition due diligence for information security risks and build controls for integration.
Participate in reporting requirements, monthly/quarterly status meetings, and offsites as needed.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field and 8+ years of relevant experience. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
3+ years of progressive experience leading IT and/or security teams in engineering, building, or operations.
Proven experience leading a geographically dispersed team with global responsibilities.
Experience leading within a Security Operations Center is preferred.
Significant experience with SIEM, Continuous Monitoring, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, Network Traffic Analysis, Incident Response, Endpoint Security Systems, Digital Forensics, WLAN Monitoring, and/or Threat Modeling.
Ability to develop and track benchmarks and metrics for operational success.
Hands-on management and response capability in addition to team management.
Expert knowledge of information security technologies, networking, and infrastructure architecture on a global scale.
Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle several projects simultaneously and provide services that align with business goals.
Dedicated, professionally assertive within our core values, and able to manage complex troubleshooting issues.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, compliance requirements, and department planning and operations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Outstanding communication abilities, encompassing the capability to collect and interpret data, attentively listen, articulate ideas, negotiate, and settle conflicts.
Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work across functional boundaries or individually.
Willingness to work outside of regular business hours as required.

$155,232 - $288,288 per yearOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
