Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead

We are expanding our engineering team to finalise and harden a live casino & sportsbook platform and then immediately transition into development of patent-pending technology intended to redefine how betting platforms operate.

This is not an MVP.
This is not greenfield experimentation.
This is finishing, scaling, and hardening a Tier-1 system.

Goal: Take ownership of a live, revenue-generating casino & sportsbook platform, finalise the bonus engine and affiliate platform, harden platform security, and lead the engineering team into Tier-1 production standards.

Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead to assume technical ownership of our production platform.

The platform is already live and generating revenue. Your responsibility is to finish, harden, and elevate it., not rebuild it.

You will lead the final development phase, manage a small team (2–4 devs), prioritise critical work, and report directly to founders.

This is a decision-making role, not a task-following role.

Core Responsibilities (Non-Negotiable)

Platform Ownership & Delivery

• Take full ownership of the codebase and technical roadmap
  
  

• Identify what is incomplete, fragile, or risky
  
  

• Prioritise revenue-impacting and security-critical tasks
  
  

• Defer non-essential work when appropriate
  
  

• Personally implement complex or high-risk components
  
  

Bonus Engine & Affiliate Platform

• Finalise and harden:
  
  

  • Bonus logic (eligibility, wagering, abuse prevention)
    
    

  • Affiliate tracking, attribution, commissions, reporting
    
    

  • Financial reporting and reconciliation systems
    
    

Security (Core Requirement)

• Review and upgrade platform security end-to-end
  
  

• Identify and remediate:
  
  

  • Financial exploit vectors
    
    

  • Bonus abuse paths
    
    

  • Affiliate fraud risks
    
    

  • Permission and access-control weaknesses
    
    

• Ensure best practices for:
  
  

  • Authentication & authorisation
    
    

  • Wallet and balance integrity
    
    

  • API security
    
    

  • Logging and audit trails
    
    

• Actively think like an attacker and design against abuse
  
  

Leadership & Management

• Break work into tasks and assign to frontend/backend developers
  
  

• Review code and enforce quality standards
  
  

• Track progress and blockers
  
  

• Report clearly on:

  • What risks exist
    
    

Required Experience

• 8+ years professional development experience
  
  

• 5+ years working on complex production platforms
  
  

• Javascript , framework/lib - React, Node Js, SQL (db)
  
  

• Cloud - aws
  
  

• Direct experience with casinos, sportsbooks, or real-money platforms
  
  

• Hands-on experience building:

  • Financial reporting systems
    
    

• Proven experience working on live systems with real users and real money
  
  

• Strong security mindset and experience hardening platforms
