This position is required to be hybrid in Las Vegas, NV for 3+ days a week - relocation assistance will be offered.
What You'll DoCoordinate the full cycle of domestic and international payroll processing for US and global subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing payroll team, encouraging a collaborative and innovative environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align payroll with broader organizational goals.
Develop and complete strategic plans to scale and optimize global payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Monitor compliance with international, federal, state, and local payroll laws, staying updated on wage regulations.
Lead the development and deployment of global payroll systems, ensuring integration with HR and finance platforms.
Manage complex payroll-related queries and ensure timely resolution, maintaining high service quality.
Coordinate payroll financial activities, supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes and audits.
Focus on continuous improvement to improve payroll processes and employee experience.
Lead special projects such as M&A payroll integration and system implementations.
Coach and mentor the payroll shared services team, promoting professional growth and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
12+ years of payroll management experience with a bachelors degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field, with equivalent experience Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and requirements.
5+ years demonstrated ability to manage a global payroll team and lead transformation projects.
Technical and hands-on experience with payroll systems like ADP Workforce Now, ADP Celergo, and Workday.
Experience with both in-house and outsourced payroll systems.
Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing individuals at every level.
Diligent with strong multitasking skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
A self-starter with high initiative and a strong process orientation.
Experience managing expatriate payrolls and leading change projects.

$197,572 - $366,921 per yearOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
