Bally’s Media operates the Bally Sports Live and Stadium sports streaming services. Bally Sports Live is a free live streaming app that allows sports fans to engage with their favorite events in real-time while fostering interactive fan communities and earning rewards for activities. Stadium, a joint venture between Bally’s and Silver Chalice (owned by Jerry Reinsdorf, who also owns the Chicago Bulls and White Sox), is a free advertising-supported streaming (FAST) sports network distributed through partners such as Samsung TV Plus, Amazon Fire TV and Prime Video, Tubi, YouTube TV, DirecTV and Fubo. Sports and events that Bally Sports Live and Stadium broadcast include Minor League Baseball, Savannah Bananas, Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship, GLORY Kickboxing, AVP Pro beach volleyball as well as betting shows.
Well, What About The Role?
Bally’s Media is looking for a hands-on Senior Designer to own the creative playbook and bring our brands to life across streaming, digital, and on-air experiences. This is not a “sit back and direct” role, we need a creator who loves being in the action, concepting, designing, animating, and shipping standout creative that fans actually remember.
You’ll be shaping the look, feel, and energy of Bally Sports Live and Stadium, creating high-impact visuals that drive tune-in, engagement, and brand consistency across every screen, from mobile to connected TV to broadcast.

What You’ll Do

Design eye-catching creative for digital marketing channels across social, web, apps, email, and app store placements

Create :15 and :30 promos, house ads, and cross-channel spots that drive awareness, tune-in, and fandom

Build bold on-air graphics packages like opens, wipes, bugs, interstitials that elevate our live and original programming

Partner closely with Production and Programming teams to ensure consistent, premium broadcast branding across shows and events

Design display ads, social campaigns, in-venue signage, and partner-branded activations

Own and evolve our brand systems, visual templates, and design standards across marketing and content teams

Experiment with AI and GenAI tools to push creative ideation, speed, and production forward

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Programming, and Streaming Ops to ensure creative supports audience growth and monetization goals
What We’re Looking For

6+ years of experience in broadcast, streaming, sports, or entertainment, with a strong, multi-platform portfolio

Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere); comfortable experimenting with AI tools (e.g., Firefly, Gemini, Sora)

Excellent storytelling skills with experience creating short-form promos and trailers

Solid foundation in motion design, typography, color, and layout across on-air, CTV, web, and social

Proven ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment

Hands-on, self-motivated, and thrives under live sports deadlines

Passion for sports, streaming, and TV with clear, confident communication skills

Experience managing freelancers; broadcast or startup experience is a plus
