    Infingame is extending an invitation to accomplished professionals to become an integral part of our dynamic company as a Sales Manager (Onboarding focus).     Key Responsibilities

    • Drive Business Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities across RoW and Brazil, actively expanding the company’s footprint.

    • Work with Leads: Manage both inbound (70%) and outbound (30%) leads, proactively generating new opportunities while effectively converting incoming interest.

    • Own the Sales Cycle: Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring consistent delivery against revenue targets.

    • Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with operators and key industry stakeholders.

    • Contribute to Strategy: Participate in commercial planning and strategic discussions, providing market insights and driving growth initiatives.

    • Report to Management: Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, track performance, and provide regular updates, forecasts, and insights to senior management.

    • Represent the Company: Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Frequent travel required.

    Qualifications

    • Proven Sales Experience: Strong track record in B2B sales, preferably within iGaming, with demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue.

    • Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of iGaming products, operators, and regulatory environments.

    • Commercial Acumen: Ability to identify opportunities, structure deals, and negotiate effectively.

    • Strong Communication Skills: Confident in building relationships and managing stakeholders at all levels.

    • Self-Driven & Results-Oriented: Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

    • Adaptability: Able to respond quickly to client needs and navigate complex product discussions.

    • Languages: Fluent English required; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
