Safety and Health Specialist (BHP)

We are currently looking for a Safety and Health Specialist to join our team in Poland.

This is a fully on-site position from Warsaw office!

✅ Responsibilities:

• Coordinate workplace health & safety programs to ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections to identify hazards and recommend preventive measures.
• Organize and monitor employee training in occupational health, safety procedures, and emergency response.
• Liaise with occupational health providers to schedule mandatory medical check-ups and monitor employee fitness for work.
• Maintain documentation and reporting related to workplace accidents, medical examinations, and corrective actions.

✅ Requirements:

• A minimum Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Understanding of Polish H&S regulations and compliance requirements.
• Prior experience in a global or international role, preferably in a tech environment.
• A safety-first mindset with a genuine commitment to protecting employee health and wellbeing.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of H&S governance.
• The ability to work as a primary liaison with occupational health service providers globally.
