Project Manager Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager Team Lead to coordinate a small group of Project Managers and guarantee projects are delivered successfully. Projects take place within the fast-paced and highly regulated iLottery industry. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep project management expertise, and an ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments across technology, compliance, and gaming operations.

This role combines hands-on project delivery with people leadership, process improvement, and cross-departmental collaboration.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a group of Project Managers, providing direction, mentoring, performance feedback, and career development support.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture.
• Oversee workload allocation, capacity planning, and prioritization across the PM team.

Project Delivery

• Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic iLottery projects, including platform launches, product enhancements, integrations, and regulatory updates.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure all projects meet regulatory, security, and compliance standards outstanding in the iLottery domain.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Serve as the primary point of escalation for project risks, issues, and decisions.
• Build positive relationships with internal collaborators across Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Sales.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and KPIs clearly to senior leadership and external partners.

Process & Governance

• Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies, tools, and guidelines.
• Ensure consistent application of project governance frameworks, documentation standards, and reporting processes.
• Support cross-functional alignment and contribute to strategic planning activities.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within technology, gaming, lottery, or similarly regulated industries.
• Experience leading or mentoring project teams or project managers.
• Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles, agile methodologies, and integration projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of iLottery operations, compliance requirements, and platform technologies is a strong advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master or similar certification is highly desirable.
