Well, What About The Role?
In sports betting and gaming, every second counts and so does every transaction. As our Payments Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of the player experience, ensuring deposits and withdrawals are seamless, secure, and lightning-fast across all Interactive brands in the North American U.S. region. This is a high-impact leadership role where strategy meets operations. You’ll lead a high-performing team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and help build payment processes that are as smooth as a perfect parlay.

What You'll Do
- Oversee all payment operations across North America, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence
- Monitor transactions to identify unusual or suspicious activity and resolve issues as they arise
- Evaluate and enhance payment processes and controls to improve efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation
- Partner closely with Compliance to ensure payment activities meet regulatory and B2B obligations
- Collaborate with KYC, Fraud & Risk, AML, Customer Support, and Technology teams to maintain operational alignment
- Work with internal Accounting teams to facilitate transaction reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
- Provide regular updates on function performance and highlight payment trends to the Payments & KYC Manager
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to drive engagement and performance
- Ensure all required training remains current across the team
What We're Looking For

Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered
- 2+ years leading operational or support teams
- 2+ years in online gaming Payments
- Familiarity with online gaming Payments and AML processes
