About CazzyGames
CazzyGames is an international iGaming startup operator active in Brazil, India, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Canada, and Germany. We are currently in our soft-launch phase, building a scalable platform featuring a sportsbook, crypto payments, and over 15,000 games from 110+ providers.
We are growing rapidly, and our payments infrastructure must run stably, securely, and profitably every single day. That is why we are looking for a Payment Analyst to take ownership of daily PSP monitoring, callback verification, fraud detection, and settlement checks.
This is a strictly operational role: daily queue-work. No policy, no governance, no architecture.
Daily Responsibilities
Every morning, you run our Daily Payments Cockpit to analyze and resolve issues across the following areas:
PSP Monitoring: Track declines, API errors, latency, and provider-status.
Callback Failures: Analyze failed webhooks, determine the exact root cause, and deploy fixes or escalations.
Routing Issues: Detect abnormal decline-ratios across payment corridors and escalate routing friction immediately to the Operations Lead.
Fraud Detection: Identify velocity anomalies, multi-accounting, and bonus abuse.
Settlement Checks: Reconcile raw PSP ledger files directly against internal database logs to solve mismatches.
Incident Logging: Log every single operational or technical issue systematically in ClickUp.
Reporting: Provide a short, data-driven daily update to the Operations Lead and CEO.
Who We Are Looking For
An action-oriented operator who knows how to read payment data and transaction logs. Someone who:
Has proven experience with PSPs, payments, fintech, or the iGaming ecosystem.
Is strong with data, raw logs, error codes, and API webhook flows.
Is analytical, hyper-accurate, and fast in anomaly detection.
Can troubleshoot and resolve payment incidents independently.
Understands risk, velocity, and fraud patterns.
Communicates complex transaction failures into brief, clear updates.
Hours, Contract & Compensation
Hours: 20 hours per week, structured as 4 hours per day in a consistent daily time slot.
Future Scale: This framework will later scale into a 7-day monitoring rotation split between 2 people.
Comp: $700 – $1,200 per month (dependent on verified experience).
Contract: Freelance contract via a monthly retainer structure. 100% Remote.
