Partnerships Associate (Influencers & Streamers)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to promising influencers and streamers with high potential to drive traffic and conversions.
Negotiate affiliate terms and ensure deals are structured for long-term profitability.
Onboard new partners, ensuring they’re equipped with tracking links, marketing materials, and a sound understanding of the brand.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, supporting them with campaigns, content ideas, and incentives
Monitor each partner’s performance across key KPIs: FTDs, NGR, retention, ROI
Analyze campaign data, flag underperformers, and optimize for better results
Provide regular reports and updates on partner performance to the marketing team
Collaborate closely with social media, VIP, and acquisition teams to align influencer activations with larger marketing initiatives.
What You Bring
Interest in managing influencers, affiliates, or content creators.
Familiar with gaming, gambling, or crypto spaces.
Familiarity with platforms like Kick, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, Telegram, and Discord.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable using data to evaluate performance and inform decisions.
Self-starter mindset: you know how to find value in untapped channels and get deals over the line.
Bonus Points If You Have
Existing network of creators in the iGaming or crypto space.
Understanding of key iGaming performance indicators, including: FTD, GGR and NGR and how these metrics relate to influencer marketing ROI.
Experience using affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., MyAffiliates, Post Affiliate Pro,
Everflow, etc.).Background in content creation, streaming, or online communities.
