The Opportunity
We are a lean, fast-paced iGaming startup without the bureaucracy, corporate politics, or endless meetings. We are looking for an Operations Lead who can build, solve, and take full ownership. Someone who doesn’t wait for instructions but creates structure themselves.
CazzyGames is a startup operator. Our platform supports both crypto and fiat, featuring over 15,000 slots from more than 110 providers. This is not a corporate management role; this is a role for a builder. We need someone to manage the backend of our business and keep the engine running at 100% efficiency.
Your Mission
You are responsible for setting up, executing, and improving all operational processes from scratch.
PSP & Payments: Full onboarding (KYB, routing, callbacks, test flows). You will manage deposit and withdrawal flows, set risk rules, and resolve settlement incidents. Supported, of course, by our technical team.
Provider Onboarding: Manage the pipeline from contract to API, game lists, RTP checks, and QA prior to launch.
Multi-Brand Operations: Build templates and workflows that scale across multiple brands, including brand-specific overrides.
Incident Management: Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCA), resolve issues, and establish prevention plans.
Roadmap Execution: Use RACI and sprint alignment to remove blockers and keep the team synchronized without micromanagement.
Compliance & AML: Set up EDD triggers and risk thresholds, maintaining the delicate balance between compliance and business growth.
Who We Are Looking For
The Architect: You can build processes from the ground up and turn chaos into structure.
iGaming Experience: 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in iGaming operations (PSPs, providers, incident management).
No Corporate Mentality: We aren’t looking for managers who only delegate; we need people who execute. If you have more than 10 years of experience in a corporate environment, this is likely not a match.
Solution-Oriented: You don’t make excuses; you find solutions. You take end-to-end responsibility for your domain.
What we are NOT looking for:
Support managers who want to "give operations a try."
Project managers without actual PSP or provider experience.
People who wait for instructions before taking action.
