    Job Description

    We are looking for a highly structured and reliable Operations Assistant to support our General Manager and remove 60–70% of his daily workload. This is a hands‑on execution role, not a management position.

    You will keep the team organized, maintain operational flow, and ensure tasks move forward without constant supervision.

    What You Will Do

    • Daily task checking

    • Follow‑ups with team members

    • Deadline monitoring

    • Maintain ClickUp structure and cleanliness

    • Prepare tasks, tickets, and instructions

    • Pre‑check content, support items, and dev tickets

    • Collect daily KPIs and updates

    • Filter escalations before they reach the GM

    • Keep communication clear and organized

    • Ensure nothing falls through the cracks

    What We’re Looking For

    • 2–5 years experience in operations or project coordination

    • Strong in structure, organization, and follow‑up

    • Excellent written communication

    • Fast learner, detail‑oriented, zero‑ego

    • Comfortable working in a fast‑moving remote environment

    • Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Notion, or similar tools

    • Based in a time zone that allows daily overlap with CET working hours, as this role requires close real-time coordination during the General Manager’s working day.
