    Our team is at the forefront of building the company’s trading ecosystem. We focus on integrations with external trading feed providers and develop advanced trading tools to empower internal traders. Alongside this, we contribute to B2B client-facing features that enhance market competitiveness. Many of these initiatives are cross-team collaborations, while our core product remains centered around the internal trading domain.

    What You’ll Be Driving:

    • Leading tech team;
    • Server-side developing of products using .NET 8, ASP.NET Core (Web API), EntityFramework Core, Redis, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Docker;
    • Developing high-load services;
    • Application architecture design;
    • Code reviewing and improving the current team's skills;
    • Working in close collaboration with others in the team and across the business;
    • Closely communicating with BAs, product and project managers, providing the best solutions and influencing the product.

    • Experience with distributed and high-load systems – understanding of performance, scalability, and reliability challenges.
    • SDLC governance (code review quality, testing, release hygiene, incident follow-through).
    • Technical leadership - strong software design (SOLID, OOD, design patterns) and pragmatic solution shaping.
    • Cross-team collaboration (working with Product, QA, Project Manager on quarterly planning and dependencies).
    • Product mindset – proven track record of aligning engineering efforts with real business goals and customer needs.
    • Adaptability - high flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving context and adjust plans based on new information.
    • Upper-Intermediate+ English level and fluent Ukrainian.
