What You’ll Be Driving:
- Ensuring project delivery in line with deadlines and business requirements;
- Planning team activities and workload;
- Developing and maintaining internal documentation;
- Gathering and clarifying business and technical requirements;
- Leading Sport B2B product integrations with clients;
- Interacting with customers and managing their expectations;
- Managing a shared team of developers, QA engineers, and a Product Manager.
What Makes You a GR8 Fit:
- Experience in client communication (outsourcing or B2B IT company preferred);
- Understanding and practical experience with Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban);
- Good understanding of SDLC;
- Ability to manage a few integration projects simultaneously;
- Understanding of change and expectations management;
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and GANTT charts;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- At least Upper Intermediate English level.
