    We are looking for a Middle Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle — from planning to delivery — ensuring high-quality and timely execution. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced Agile environment and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

    What You’ll Be Driving:

    • Managing the full project lifecycle — from planning to execution — ensuring timely delivery;
    • Overseeing several projects simultaneously within a dynamic Agile environment;
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps, designers, product managers, and support;
    • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives;
    • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies;
    • Ensuring effective resource allocation and workload balance;
    • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and team members;
    • Using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to track tasks and performance;
    • Continuously improving workflows to enhance team efficiency and productivity;
    • Implementing and tracking delivery metrics to assess performance.

    What Makes You a GR8 Fit:

    • 3+ years of experience in project management within Agile environments;
    • Basic understanding of software development technical aspects;
    • Experience in risk management;
    • Experience working with support teams;
    • Proven track record in client-facing environments;
    • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence;
    • Experience working with Scrum and SAFe frameworks;
    • Result-oriented mindset, flexibility, openness to new practices, and analytical thinking;
    • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and Lean Portfolio Management principles;
    • Solid decision-making and risk management skills.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience in the iGaming industry;
    • Background in product companies;
    • Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe).
