    Job Description

    Our partner is an early-stage online casino headquartered in Miami. They're small, ambitious,

    and building a brand that intentionally stands out in its category. Their approach is bold,

    culturally fluent, and creative, designed to feel different in a market where most operators tend

    to look and sound the same.

    This is their first dedicated marketing hire, which means whoever steps into this role gets to own

    marketing end-to-end. It's a real opportunity to shape how the brand shows up across every

    channel. The team is small and moving fast, and they're looking for someone who wants to be

    hands-on and involved in the execution. Our partner is looking for a builder, someone who owns

    the plan and makes sure the right work actually ships.

    What will you do?

    As Marketing Director, you'll bring the marketing plan to life and drive execution across every

    touchpoint. You'll be the connective tissue between the casino operations team and the brand

    team, making sure nothing falls through the gap.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    ● Owning the marketing plan end-to-end, from strategy through execution, and making

    sure the right work ships on time

    ● Managing the relationship between the casino operations team and the brand team,

    translating between both sides

    ● Leading the digital team, the producer, and the creative deliverables, keeping people

    briefed, work on track, and producing genuinely good output

    ● Driving execution across all channels, not just social, and owning how the brand shows

    up everywhere

    ● Getting hands-on when it matters, making the work yourself when needed, or finding the

    right person who can

    ● Bringing a clear creative point of view and protecting the brand's tone, humor, and

    personality

    ● Measuring what matters and acting on what the numbers say

    You could be a great fit if you have:

    ● 3-6 years of marketing experience and a portfolio you can actually show

    ● A builder's track record: campaigns you drove, copy you wrote, concepts you developed

    ● Background in one of: online gambling/sportsbook, crypto/web3, or a culture-led DTC

    brand

    ● Cultural fluency: you know what's trending, what's stale, and where things are heading,

    with specific opinions about brands and creative work

    ● Comfort working with a bold, culturally driven brand voice

    ● Strong project execution: briefs out, deadlines hit, dependencies tracked, things ship

    ● Based in Miami and able to work on-site every day (LA can be considered)
