We are seeking an exceptionally dynamic and meticulous Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist to join our team for a 12-month parental cover. This role is pivotal in planning and establishing a world-class programme of customer engagement and demand generation, collaborating across the marketing, product, and sales teams. As a Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist, you will use Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE – formerly Pardot) to manage online B2B campaigns. You will work closely with Salesforce and additional data sources. You will also assist with key industry events and help promote product marketing efforts that highlight our innovative gaming solutions.
What You'll Do
Plan and build a customer contact programme in conjunction with existing sales processes and key collaborators
Complete segmented campaigns to promote new gaming machine products and gaming solutions to Hotels and Clubs across Australia
Manage lead nurturing workflows and automated programs in MCAE/Salesforce
Segment and maintain email lists for accurate targeting and personalisation
Analyse campaign performance and optimise based on important metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.)
Ensure compliance with privacy and industry-specific regulations
Work with the extended marketing team in the US on campaigns, website build, and capture forms
Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing assets
Support pre- and post-event email communications for major gaming expos and seminars
Coordinate with sales and events teams to align messaging and lead capture strategies
Assist in marketing support for events and trade shows
Help manage updates to product documentation and digital assets
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2B email marketing, ideally within gaming, hospitality, or technology sectors
Proven ability in crafting and implementing a contact strategy with key collaborator management
Proficiency with MCAE/Pardot (or equivalent, i.e., Marketo) and Salesforce is essential
Solid knowledge of lead lifecycle and approaches to demand generation
Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail and brand tone
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
