    Purpose of the Role

    • The Lead Talent Partner – Serbia & Europe plays a critical role in enabling Easygo’s international growth, focusing on hiring and talent market development across Serbia and key European markets
    • Acts as the regional talent lead within Easygo’s global Talent Acquisition structure
    • Responsible for building and executing hiring strategies across technology, operations, and corporate functions
    • Delivers end-to-end recruitment while acting as a strategic partner to hiring leaders
    • Provides expertise on European talent markets, regulated hiring environments, and pipeline development
    • Collaborates with business leaders, global TA, and People & Culture to attract top talent in competitive markets

    Role and Responsibilities

    Sourcing and Recruitment

    • Lead end-to-end recruitment across Serbia and wider Europe
    • Partner with business leaders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes
    • Advertise roles via careers page, LinkedIn, and regional job boards
    • Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals, and events
    • Engage both active and passive candidates across multiple functions
    • Conduct screening interviews and present high-quality shortlists
    • Manage interview processes and ensure stakeholder preparedness
    • Maintain accurate ATS records and candidate pipelines
    • Build long-term talent pipelines across European markets
    • Ensure alignment with diversity and inclusion commitments

    Regional Talent Leadership

    • Act as regional expert for Serbia and European hiring
    • Advise on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and market dynamics
    • Support expansion into regulated markets and navigate hiring challenges
    • Develop sustainable talent strategies across European operations
    • Partner with global TA to share market insights and opportunities
    • Potential to evolve into leadership within a regional recruiting pod

    Talent Advisory

    • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and profiles
    • Advise on recruitment strategy, interview design, and evaluation
    • Establish structured and consistent interview processes
    • Influence stakeholders with market insights and candidate feedback
    • Support coaching and development of hiring managers and recruiters

    Employee Value Proposition

    • Partner with marketing and People & Culture on employer branding
    • Support regional branding initiatives, events, and community engagement
    • Strengthen Easygo’s reputation as an employer of choice
    • Build relationships with universities, communities, and partners

    Candidate Experience

    • Champion a high-quality candidate experience
    • Ensure timely communication and feedback throughout hiring
    • Apply consistent communication templates and best practices
    • Manage expectations and build strong candidate relationships

    Work Experience and Skills

    Essential Experience

    • Significant experience in recruitment within technology or high-growth environments
    • Proven delivery of end-to-end hiring across multiple disciplines
    • Experience hiring across European markets (ideally Serbia/Eastern Europe)
    • Understanding of regulated or complex international environments
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings
    • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
    • Advanced sourcing capability across competitive markets

    Desirable Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree (not essential)
    • Experience in gaming, fintech, or financial services
    • Certifications in TA, HR, project management, or agile
    • Participation in recruitment communities or industry events
