    What You'll Do

    • Communicate insights and recommendations to collaborators

    • Support IBP processes and planning initiatives

    What We're Looking For

    Required:
    • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, purchasing, or related supply chain functions

    • Strong expertise in forecasting, predictive analytics, and large-scale data management

    • Proven ability to work independently and navigate complex, ambiguous environments

    • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

    • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

    Preferred:
    • Experience with reverse logistics and global supply chain operations

    • Familiarity with SQL or relational databases

    • APICS, CPIM, Lean, or similar certifications

    • Experience influencing cross-functional collaborators and driving critical initiatives

    • Background in an innovation-focused or manufacturing environment
