Position Overview: As an iGaming Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients in the rapidly evolving iGaming market. You will be responsible for driving growth, maximizing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the long-term success of our partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key iGaming partners.

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to meet client requirements and maximize revenue opportunities.

Analyze account performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to optimize revenue and customer retention.

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to proactively adapt strategies.

Prepare and present reports and performance metrics to clients, demonstrating the value of our products and services.

Manage contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.

Provide exceptional customer support and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure that our services align with industry standards and regulations.
