Job Description

As a Junior Data Protection Analyst, you will join our dedicated Data Protection team. Based at our bet365 office in Sliema, Malta, you will provide an essential role in safeguarding our global operations.

You will provide essential support to ensure bet365 remains compliant with global privacy regulations, including GDPR and other international privacy laws. You will be involved in assisting with risk assessments, reviewing data protection agreements, and contributing to the overall compliance efforts of the business.

• Supporting the Data Protection team in conducting risk assessments and identifying potential privacy risks.
• Assisting in reviewing third-party data protection agreements and ensuring compliance with business standards.
• Conducting preliminary research on data protection laws and contributing to the analysis of recommendations.
• Responding to routine data protection inquiries and providing clear updates to stakeholders.
• Communicating effectively with internal and external parties, tailoring communication to the audience.
• Maintaining and sharing knowledge of relevant GDPR principles and other applicable privacy laws.
• Staying informed about new privacy policies and regulatory developments.
• Taking ownership of smaller tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and tracking progress.
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues, demonstrating attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop.
