    Job Description

    Infingame is extending an invitation to accomplished professionals to become an integral part of our dynamic company as a In-House IT Lawyer (Brazil). We are on the lookout for motivated individuals ready to join our team. Your contribution will be instrumental in delivering our top-notch products and services, collaborating with some of the most professional minds in the industry, driving your continued growth and development.

    The following skills are important to us:

    • At least 3 years of professional legal experience.

    • Experience in a similar position at least 1 year.

    • Proven experience working with Brazilian local legislation and regulatory frameworks.

    • Advanced or Fluent Portuguese.

    • Level of knowledge of English — at least B2.

    • Experience in iGaming industry.

    Your future responsibilities:

    • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating licensing agreements with operators, platform providers, game/content providers, and other B2B partners and other tipy of agreements.

    • Supporting the opening and ongoing maintenance of local bank accounts in Brazil, including preparation and review of documentation for banks and payment institutions.

    • Providing day-to-day legal support for the company’s operations on the Brazilian market and ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

    • Monitoring changes in Brazilian legislation and regulatory frameworks relevant to iGaming, corporate, financial, and commercial activities, and assessing their impact on the business.

    • Cooperating with external legal advisors, regulators, and consultants in Brazil when required.

    • Performing other legal tasks related to the scope of the company’s activities and the relevant area of responsibility.
