Ignite Delivery Manager

Aristocrat Interactive is hiring a Delivery Manager to join Ignite - our strategic gaming incubation program passionate about delivering differentiated, high-quality content. 

As a Delivery Manager, you will drive the day-to-day delivery execution of partner studios content portfolio from onboarding through release. You'll work closely with partner studios, Commercial, Development, QA, and Certification to ensure smooth integration, clear timelines, and high-quality releases.

What you'll do:

• Drive delivery execution for partners studios content from onboarding to release, ensuring predictable execution against agreed roadmap
• Run delivery cadences (check-ins, release readiness, follow-ups), bring together decisions, and drive closure on action items
• Maintain delivery plans, turning points, and tracking, so status is always accurate and trusted
• Coordinate onboarding and integration processes for new partners (checklists, documentation, readiness criteria)
• Ensure requirements, technical dependencies, and specifications are detailed, understood and followed
• Partner with Development and QA to coordinate scope, test cycles, bug triage, fixes and readiness criteria for release
• Collaborate with Certification teams to prepare submissions and ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements
• Identify risks early, propose mitigation options, and raise promptly when decisions or support are needed
• Translate technical updates into clear, concise updates for non-technical partners
• Keep partner studios and internal teams aligned through structured communication, reporting and release notes
• Maintain and iterate on templates, trackers and checklists

What we're looking for:

• Experience in delivery management, project coordination, production, or a similar role in tech/gaming
• Strong ability to prioritise multiple parallel workstreams and keep interested parties aligned to timelines and outcomes
• Proven understanding of Jira or strong willingness to build sophisticated Jira expertise
• Strong interpersonal and prioritization skills; diligent and passionate about efficient workflows
• Ability to understand and interpret technical requirements and dependencies
• Excellent social skills across cultures and time zones
• Comfortable operating within an established operating model and improving it incrementally
• Passion for games and familiarity with game development / release cycles

Nice to have

• Experience in slots / iGaming and supervised gaming jurisdictions
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and cross-functional delivery rhythms
• Experience working with external partners/vendors and certification/compliance flows
