Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Strategic Leadership & Ownership
Deeply understand the company’s product ecosystem, operational frameworks, and the full scope of the Partnership Team’s strategic objectives.
Define and drive the long-term partnership strategy, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals and market opportunities.
Support and contribute to high-level strategic discussions, shaping competitive proposals that reinforce long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Team Management & Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Partnerships team of 5 specialists, ensuring clear role distribution, professional growth, and effective execution.
Oversee the team's daily operations, performance, and priorities, ensuring consistency, accountability, and strong collaboration.
Foster efficient cross-functional cooperation with legal, finance, technical, product, and account management teams.
Process Ownership & Operational Excellence
Oversee and optimise internal processes, ensuring efficient workflows, clarity of responsibilities, and seamless coordination across departments.
Document internal processes and drive continuous improvements focused on operational efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
Maintain and supervise internal tracking tools and databases, ensuring accuracy of partner, contract, and onboarding data.
Supervise documentation processes, maintaining full visibility on contract timelines and coordination with the legal department.
Partnership Management & Commercial Strategy
Maintain expert-level knowledge of all providers — including product portfolios, tools, commercial models, and cooperation history — and leverage this expertise for strategic decisions.
Manage and prioritise high-value incoming partnership opportunities with timely, professional, and strategically aligned communication.
Lead proactive communication with providers, ensuring timely follow-ups and a strong information flow that supports long-term partnership success.
Participate in and often lead negotiations with key providers to secure the best possible commercial terms, pricing models, and promotional conditions.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Analyze existing deals, commercial performance, and partner activity to identify opportunities for optimisation and improved outcomes.
Prepare insights and recommendations to enhance partner performance and strengthen company positioning in the market.
Ensure that negotiated terms are aligned with compliance requirements and overall company goals.
Strategic Projects & Reporting
Drive and execute additional strategic projects assigned by management, ensuring high-quality delivery, cross-team coordination, and measurable business impact.
Prepare and deliver strategic presentations summarizing insights, contributions, and recommendations for further optimisation.
Provide regular reporting to Top management on partnership performance, market developments, and operational progress.
