Graphic / Motion Designer - 10/20 hours per week (Temporary – 1 Month)

CazzyGames is a fast-growing iGaming startup operating in Brazil, India, Mexico, Peru, Chile, and Canada. We offer a full casino, sportsbook, fiat and crypto payments, and over 15,000 games from more than 110 providers. We are currently in our soft-launch phase.

We are looking for a hands-on Graphic / Motion Designer who executes design tasks with speed, creativity, and eye for detail. This is not a strategic branding or art director role; it is an operational execution role focused on creating high-converting marketing assets, banners, and casino promotion materials.

Note: This is a temporary position for the duration of one month during our current launch phase, with a workload of 20 to 25 hours per week.

Your responsibilities

• Banner Creation: Design static and animated banners for our casino and sportsbook promotions.

• HTML5 Animation: Develop and optimize animated HTML5 banners for various marketing and affiliate channels.

• Asset Optimization: Crop, resize, and localize existing game assets and provider banners for different markets (Brazil, India, Mexico, etc.).

• Social Media & Web Graphics: Create engaging visual content for our social media channels and website landing pages.

• Brand Alignment: Work closely with our Marketing Lead to ensure all designs follow our brand guidelines and maintain high visual quality.

• Queue Management: Work through design requests daily, ensuring all assets are delivered within deadline.

What we expect from you

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience within the iGaming industry (essential for understanding casino/sportsbook visual language).

• Software Skills: Highly proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

• Technical Skills: Proven experience in creating animated HTML5 banners.

• Precision: Strong attention to detail, alignment, and typography.

• Independence: Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and handle feedback efficiently.

• Language: Fluent English. Knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish, or Hindi is a plus.

• Availability: Flexible, but available for syncs between 09:00 to 17:00 CET.
