    As the Gaming Country Lead, you will champion strategic initiatives to elevate our gaming offering, focusing on performance optimisation and exceptional customer experiences.

As a Gaming Product Country Lead, you will be pivotal in developing your team and driving the performance of assigned Casino, Live Casino, Poker, and Bingo domains, with a strong focus on customer experience.

    You will be accountable for the financial success of gaming operations in your region, executing the vision set by senior leadership and ensuring alignment with our broader business objectives.

    Your leadership will be essential in implementing our regional operations strategy, driving player engagement, and uncovering new avenues for growth, all while ensuring that our gaming offerings meet the highest standards.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in the online gaming industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and performance management.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a results-oriented culture and achieving operational excellence.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience in building collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
    • Familiarity with operational management principles and best practices, coupled with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
