About the Role
As a Games Executive at CogniPlay, you will play a key role in delivering a broad and varied games portfolio across our platform. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our content is kept up to date with the latest releases from game providers, as well as supporting the rollout of new integrations and their game libraries.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain and develop experience in online gaming, working at the heart of a fast-growing platform. You’ll be joining CogniPlay during an exciting period of growth, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as you develop in the role.
Reporting directly to the Product Manager, you’ll work closely with Product, Design, and wider teams to ensure games are correctly configured, tested, and presented across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities:
· Update and maintain game content across CogniPlay’s platform, ensuring it is accurate and up to date with content from multiple providers.
· Organise and manage game documentation, ensuring all content updates, specifications, and configurations are well-documented and accessible.
· Support the coordination of content updates, working with external providers to ensure timely delivery of new features and updates.
· Monitor and update game catalogue data, ensuring accurate and consistent information is displayed for all games on the platform and that new games content is added in a timely manner.
· Assist with the administrative tasks related to content uploads, helping to organize and track the progress of each content release.
· Help maintain an internal product hub for all game content, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the latest information.
· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, client success) to ensure game assets are correctly requested and content is aligned with brand and client needs.
· Support the tracking of game performance, helping to gather and report data on player engagement and content effectiveness.
Your Experience and Skills
· 0-1 year of experience in an administrative, product support, or related role, preferably within a B2B SaaS, gaming, or entertainment environment.
· Basic understanding of product documentation and management processes, with a willingness to learn and support product backlogs, updates, and task tracking.
· Familiarity with working in team environments, with an ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across different teams.
· Strong organisational and documentation skills, with an eagerness to maintain and organise product specs, client configurations, and knowledge bases.
· Good communication skills, with the ability to assist in coordinating tasks and supporting team interactions.
· A general awareness of industry trends and an interest in understanding gaming, compliance practices, or platform integrations (e.g., game providers, payment processors) is a plus.
· Eagerness to learn and contribute to product improvements, with an interest in the sweepstakes and social gaming space.
· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, showing flexibility and a proactive approach to completing administrative tasks and supporting product teams.
