The Opportunity
Are you a data-driven SEO expert who knows that a #1 position in competitive niches requires more than just a few keywords? CazzyGames is looking for a Freelance SEO & Authority Specialist to lead our organic growth. We have a dedicated content team; now we are looking for the engine, the technical foundation, and the fuel (link building).
We are a fast-growing startup operator. No corporate bureaucracy, just speed. We seek a partner who is technically rock-solid, understands the craft of link building, and knows exactly how to drive content to the top of the search results.
Commitment: 25–30 hours per week (Freelance basis).
Budget: As a startup, our ideal range for this role is €1,200 – €1,800 per month, depending on experience and region.
Your Mission
You are responsible for the organic authority of our global crypto-casino brand. You will build a fortress of authority through technical perfection and the active acquisition of high-quality backlinks.
Strategic Execution: Translate our SEO strategy into practice. Conduct keyword research, determine search intent, and build scalable content clusters.
Link Building & Outreach: You are the architect of our backlink profile. Identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and manage the procurement of links that deliver real impact.
Technical Mastery: Manage the site’s technical health (Schema, canonicals, cannibalization, and page speed).
Content Direction: Lead our writing team. Provide clear briefings and optimize underperforming articles.
Compliance & Quality: Ensure all strategies and content are 100% compliant with iGaming guidelines and YMYL standards. No false claims, no misleading info, and no shortcuts.
Audits & Reporting: Conduct in-depth audits using SERanking and ScreamingFrog. You will report weekly on growth in impressions, rankings, DR, backlinks, and technical health to ensure continuous data-driven adjustments.
Who We Are Looking For
The Specialist: 3 to 6 years of hands-on SEO experience. You have outgrown the "agency phase" and prefer working directly for ambitious, fast-growing brands.
Authority Builder: A proven track record in link building within competitive niches (iGaming/Crypto). You have the network or the skills to manage this effectively.
Independent: You thrive in a 100% remote startup environment. You work autonomously and think in solutions, not excuses.
Tech-Savvy: You know how to leverage AI to accelerate SEO workflows without losing quality or the human touch.
