Engineering Project Manager - Fintech Solution

This is an on-site position based at our office in the Lisbon Metropolitan area. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available once you join the team.

⚡ We are looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our development team in Lisbon and play a key role in planning, coordinating, and driving the successful delivery of our technology projects. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and with high quality.

🎯 Your Mission
Oversee the full lifecycle of technology projects, from planning to execution, while ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering effective communication across teams.

✅ Responsibilities
• Manage, monitor, and forecast project execution.
• Track time and effort, prepare regular status reports, and communicate progress clearly.
• Coordinate development teams, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies.
• Identify and manage project risks, proactively resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

✅ Requirements
• At least 4 years of experience in IT project management.
• Experience with Fintech projects. 
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience managing and coordinating technical teams.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Advanced level of English.
