    Job Description

At Aristocrat, we believe in the power of play to transform lives and build connections. As Director, Marketing Analytics, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping how marketing investment, performance, and impact are measured across the enterprise. This role exists to elevate marketing analytics from reporting to decision intelligence—bringing rigor, clarity, and accountability to how we invest, optimize, and grow.

You will lead the development of best-in-class analytical frameworks, models, and reporting systems that enable marketing leaders to make smarter, faster, and more defensible decisions. This role partners closely with Marketing, Finance, Data, Technology, and Business Unit leadership to connect systems, data, and insights into a cohesive, trusted source of truth.

    What You'll Do
    • Lead the global marketing analytics strategy, defining how marketing performance, effectiveness, and return on investment are measured across channels, regions, and business units.
    • Develop, evolve, and maintain advanced marketing models, including zero-based budgeting frameworks, investment allocation models, attribution approaches, and scenario planning tools.
    • Lead the creation of rigorous, math-based zero-based marketing budgets in partnership with Marketing and Finance, ensuring investment decisions are grounded in data, performance, and business outcomes.
    • Design and deliver best-in-class reporting and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights for marketing leaders, executives, and finance partners.
    • Connect and integrate data across marketing platforms, CRM systems, media platforms, financial systems, and data warehouses to enable consistent and reliable reporting.
    • Balance automated reporting with thoughtful, high-value manual analysis where judgment, context, and critical thinking are required.
    • Establish measurement standards, key performance indicators, and definitions to ensure consistency and comparability across teams and regions.
    • Partner closely with Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, and MarTech teams to ensure analytics are embedded into planning, execution, and optimization workflows.
    • Translate complex data into clear narratives, recommendations, and trade-offs for senior leadership and executive audiences.
    • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing analytics team, setting a high bar for analytical rigor, curiosity, and business impact.
    • Continuously evaluate emerging analytics tools, methodologies, and technologies, adopting innovation where it meaningfully improves insight, speed, or accuracy.
    • Ensure all analytics practices align with privacy, regulatory, and responsible gaming requirements across jurisdictions.
    What We're Looking For
    • 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance analytics, or a related analytical subject area.
    • Proven experience building and owning sophisticated marketing measurement frameworks, models, and return on investment methodologies.
    • Strong financial and quantitative competence, including experience with zero-based budgeting, forecasting, and investment modeling.
    • Demonstrated ability to connect disparate systems and data sources into coherent, trusted reporting and insights.
    • Deep experience with marketing, media, CRM, and analytics platforms; comfortable working closely with data engineering and technology teams.
    • Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to challenge assumptions, pressure-test inputs, and improve the quality of decision-making.
    • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority and present complex analysis clearly.
    • Experience leading and developing high-performing analytics teams in matrixed or global organizations.
    • Comfort operating in regulated, highly governed environments.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in analytics, economics, finance, statistics, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
