Design Account Manager

Our team continues to grow. Now we're extending our Design team and looking for an experienced and talented Design Account Manager to join us!

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️ Lead the full vendor lifecycle - from onboarding and contract management to ongoing communication - ensuring smooth, compliant, and high-quality partnerships
✔️ Drive strategic process improvements across payments, documentation, and operational workflows to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
✔️ Serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, and Procurement, facilitating clear communication and timely decision-making
✔️ Oversee all departmental reporting and approval processes, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards
✔️ Provide team leadership and administrative oversight by mentoring administrative staff, optimizing daily operations, and fostering a high-performance environment.

✅ Requirements:

✔️ Strategic Account Management (Budgets, Invoices, Proposals)
✔️ Strong Legal & Finance Acumen (Vendor contracts/requirements)
✔️ Leadership, Mentorship, & Conflict Resolution
✔️ Process Optimization and Documentation Structuring.
