The Analyst - People & Culture Systems and Analytics role is pivotal within our organization. This position uniquely bridges P&C operations with innovative technology, driving digital transformation and improving employee experiences through data-driven insights. What You'll Do- Develop interactive dashboards in Power BI for real-time workforce metrics such as attrition, headcount, diversity, engagement, and hiring trends.
- Perform predictive and prescriptive analytics to aid workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Perform trend analysis on employee lifecycle data to identify risk areas and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze external labor market data to benchmark skills and talent availability, supporting succession planning and skills gap analysis.
- Provide insights for strategic workforce planning aligned with business growth objectives.
- Project manage P&C process automation projects using RPA software, ServiceNow workflows, or similar platforms.
- Implement and complete AI-powered chatbots for P&C query resolution and employee self-service, reducing manual intervention.
- Collaborate with IT and P&C teams to integrate HCM systems with collaboration tools like MS Teams and SharePoint.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and COEs to convert business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Inspire change management initiatives for the adoption of new HR technologies and processes.
- Explore new technologies (AI, ML, RPA) for HR process optimization and recommend guidelines for HR digitization.
- Monitor industry trends and propose innovative solutions for HR transformation.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in HR data analytics, transformation, and digitization projects.
- Exposure to AI and advanced analytics tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strict adherence to handling sensitive and confidential employee data.
- Ability to work independently under general direction.
