Delivery Manager (Maternity Cover)

Aristocrat are looking for a highly motivated and skilled person to join the all star Delivery team in our Bulgaria office as a Delivery Manager . The role is a Maternity Cover

Responsibilities:

• Owning and leading the delivery roadmap for specific region including provider connection requests, new provider launches, new product or product changes implementations.
• Working closely with different departments in the company to coordinate, report and supervise delivery progress of overall roadmap pertaining to the allocated market.
• Communicating regularly with operators and vendors, providing them with clear and regular updates during the whole the delivery life-cycle
• Assisting in the planning of incoming requests and projects, as well as assist in any capacity to streamline delivery of projects
• Leading kick off and status meeting to communicate project objectives, deliverables, and expectations to the development and operation teams.
• Working with relevant team members to ensure the readiness of different environments for deployment and testing by encouraged internal and externals teams for assigned region.
• Seeing opportunities to improve delivery predictability, efficiency, and quality;
• Participating in the driving of improvement of ways of working, standards, and principles

Requirements:

• High proficiency in English, excellent oral and written communication in English is required
• 2+ years of software project management experience.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a must. Experience with other Atlassian products is advantage.
• Experience with organisational change policies implementation is advantageous
• Proactive, detail-attentive individual; self-motivated, goal oriented, teammate.
• Outstanding social skills, open-minded, out-of-the-box thinker.
• Ability to communicate equally well with clients, managers, team leaders, developers.
• Ability to empower and drive colleagues towards success.
• Able to comprehend any business-related information from various sources (such as BI, media, etc.)
• Excellent analysis skills.
• Outstanding presentation skills.
• Capable of handling and running multiple projects – excellent multitasking skills are must
• Any Scrum Master, PM or PO certification is a benefit
