    What you will do:

    • Deliver fast, friendly, and high-quality support via live chat
    • Resolve customer issues with a solution-first mindset
    • Communicate clearly in Portuguese and English
    • Stay up to date with platform features, products, and policies
    • Accurately manage customer data and interactions
    • Work closely with internal teams to resolve and escalate issues
    • Proactively suggest improvements to enhance customer experience

    What you will bring:

    • Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and verbal)
    • Previous experience in customer support (chat, phone, or face-to-face)
    • Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating shift
    • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

    Bonus points if you also have:

    • Experience in sports betting or online casino
    • Familiarity with tools like Slack or Google Workspace
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and department
