We’re looking for a technically strong and detail-obsessed CRM Operations Specialist to help us deliver high-impact, data-driven campaigns in a fast-paced, high-frequency environment. This role is central to ensuring flawless execution across multiple CRM channels—email, SMS, push, in-app, and more. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life, manage complex workflows, and continuously optimise performance. The challenge? Balancing scale and personalisation while maintaining operational excellence in a dynamic, high-volume setting—ideally with prior experience in iGaming or a similar space.
What You Will Do

Manage setup, QA, execution, and troubleshooting of CRM campaigns across all channels (email, SMS, push, in-app, onsite, direct mail).

Build and maintain modular templates, dynamic content, and personalization in the ESP.

Ensure technical readiness and flawless execution of CRM campaigns and promotions.

Support rollout of bonus offers, triggers, and retention initiatives.

Collaborate with CRM, Brand, and Design teams to deliver on-brand campaigns.

Ensure accurate tagging and tracking for attribution in BI tools (e.g., ThoughtSpot).

Work with Data teams to enhance segmentation, integrations, and model activations.

Act as CRM tooling expert (e.g., Optimove), improving processes and documentation.

Promote a testing culture to optimize performance and scale results.

Monitor deliverability, contact rules, and channel health with compliance.

Contribute to CRM planning, offering feasibility and best practice input.
What We're Looking For

4+ years hands-on experience in CRM operations, marketing automation or ESP campaign management, ideally in iGaming or a similar high-frequency transactional environment.

Deep technical expertise in at least one enterprise CRM platform (Optimove, Salesforce, Adobe etc).

Experience executing large volumes of manual and automated campaigns to segmented audiences.

Strong understanding of CRM channel best practices (email, SMS, push, in-app, direct mail etc).

Comfort with HTML/CSS for email editing, dynamic content scripting, personalisation logic, and QA.

Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to flawless delivery.

Experience working with offer set-up tools, CMS/merchandising platforms or bonus engines a plus.

Experience working with data teams to integrate campaign-level analytics into a centralised reporting layer.
