    Here at Bally’s CRM is all about understanding our players and communicating with the right people at the right time. We analyse, segment and take the player on a journey tailored to his needs day by day. 
      
    We’ve grown over the years, and we now cover CRM from many different angles so that each member of the team can find something for themselves. We have Onsite Campaigns for creative souls who like to mix fun with data. Segmentation, player journeys and communications are more of your interest? We do that too! Tech side of things, testing and innovation? We have 2 words for you: CRM Operations.  With aid of various channels such as banners, emails, SMS or pop-ups we keep our players informed, engaged and most of all loyal to our brands. All of that keeping responsible gambling and our company core values in mind. 
      
    How we see ourselves? We’re a bunch of KPI driven individuals with years of experience in a very dynamic environment. Ideas, recommendations, or feedback? Yes please, we want to learn from you and share our knowledge back! 

    So, what will you be doing?

    • Creating new and innovative CRM campaigns (email, DM, SMS, Push and Offer) to help our goal of increasing revenues and engagement from our existing customers. 
    • Contributing to the development of delivering targeted campaigns to win-back, retain and educate our current customers through industry leading segmentation and incentivisation. 
    • Creating the communications plan using a mixture of marketing channels. 
    • Owning complex and high priority projects and proactively driving them forwards with key stakeholders. 
    • Enhancing customer journey communications, and making suggestions for new ones. 
    • Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement. 
    • Applying knowledge of sports betting promotions (e.g., Free Bets, Price Boosts, Accumulator Insurance) and sports calendar events to align with CRM strategies. 
    • Identifying and capitalising on key fixtures, rivalries, and major narratives within the Spanish and European sports landscape to create compelling customer offers and content that drives engagement and betting activity. 

    And what will you need?

    • Proven experience in a CRM or Marketing role, specifically within a B2C environment, preferably in the sports betting or iGaming regulated markets. 
    • Demonstrable track record of creating, executing, and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Direct Mail) from concept to execution.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Braze or similar).
    • Experience in managing a promotional calendar and coordinating offer fulfilment with product and operations teams. 
    • Able to build and amend email templates using HTML, dynamic content, and personalisation.
    • Experience with building segments and campaigns within marketing automation software.
    • Able to turn insights into actionable plans.
    • Solid understanding of sports betting product mechanics and promotions (e.g., Free Bets, Price Boosts, Accumulators) and their commercial impact. 
    • Experience and understanding of the principles of customer retention.
    • Experience of KPI monitoring tools & reports.
    • Expertise in customer segmentation and targeting to deliver personalised and relevant campaigns .    
    • Fluent Spanish.
