    Job Description

    Rhino Entertainment is looking for a CRM & Games Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for analyzing customer data, campaign outcomes, and automate lifecycle processes to enhance engagement at each stage of the customer journey. Within this role you will be collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external platform providers, to design and implement CRM initiatives and strategies that foster business growth, product innovation and operational efficiency.

    Within this role, you will focus on campaign budgets, monitoring and analysis to enhance player engagement and optimize campaign spend across various markets. You will also collaborate with the casino team to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring games’ and providers’ performance are customized to meet both regional and global audiences

    What your role will look like:

    • Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for enhancing player engagement and retention
    • Monitor and report on existing CRM activities, providing actionable insights
    • Predict, budget and recap impact of CRM activities for optimizing effectiveness
    • Provide performance insights, identify engagement gaps and generate improvement strategies
    • Develop CRM strategies and campaigns that align with business objectives
    • Work close to BI and Casino team to analyze the game performances across different brands and regions, identifying gaps and suggesting optimizations
    • Conduct database exploration in search of hidden potentials

    Requirements

    • Experience in this or a similar role within the iGaming industry
    • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies
    • Knowledgeable in gamification principles and skilled in applying them to boost user engagement
    • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and create actionable strategies.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Effective collaborator and supportive team player
    • Works effectively and efficiently under pressure
    • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics or a related field
