What You'll DoManage time effectively to ensure all configuration orders are completed by end of day
Monitor assigned queue and maintain an 8-calendar day or less duration
Collaborate with Sales Ops and Sales team to address any queries or concerns
Collaborate with Marketing and ERP to ensure accurate hardware and software selections
Perform root cause analysis for any quality errors
Coordinate expedite requests and prioritize accordingly
Respond to customer order status requests from Sales and Production Scheduling
Address configuration-related queries from Production and Quality teams
Promote positive communication with sales to improve timely delivery
Participate in daily meetings with Config Ops leadership to discuss schedule and material availability
Support additional projects and duties as assigned
Experience in supply chain is an advantage
Having an APICS Certification is advantageous
Ability to manage multiple projects and solve problems independently
Excellent communication skills, effective at all organizational levels
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Willingness to work a varied schedule, including overtime when necessary
Strong computer skills with proficiency in standard business software packages like Microsoft Office

$20.49 - $38.05 per hourOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
