CazzyGames is looking for a Freelance Compliance Officer who knows the ins and outs of the iGaming industry and lives and breathes the Anjouan gaming license.

We don't want corporate standard-producers or lawyers who only say "no". We want an expert who can independently set up frameworks, handle audits, and ensure our operation stays 100% airtight.

CazzyGames is a lean, fast-paced startup operator with a platform supporting both crypto and fiat, featuring over 15,000 slots from more than 110 providers. We move fast and skip the endless meetings.

• Commitment: ±10 hours per week (Freelance basis).

• Location: 100% Remote.

Your Mission

You are fully responsible for our regulatory health. You will safeguard our Anjouan license, optimize our compliance policies, and ensure our operational teams know exactly where the boundaries lie.

• License Management: Act as our main point of contact for all matters regarding our Anjouan gaming license. Ensure we meet every single requirement to keep our operation flawless.

• Policy Crafting & Execution: Build, update, and implement practical AML/CFT, KYC, and Responsible Gaming policies tailored to a crypto/fiat startup environment.

• Risk Thresholds: Work together with the Operations Lead to set up EDD triggers and risk rules that strike the perfect balance between strict compliance and business growth.

• Audits & Reporting: Independently prepare, manage, and execute regulatory audits and reporting requirements.

• Advisory: Act as the ultimate go-to expert for the team on regulatory changes, local restrictions, and compliance challenges.

Who We Are Looking For

• The iGaming Expert: You have 3+ years of hands-on compliance experience specifically within the iGaming industry.

• Anjouan Specialist: You have deep, proven knowledge of the Anjouan licensing framework. You don't need a manual; you already know the rules.

• No Corporate Mentality: We don't have a legal department of 20 people to delegate to. You are an individual contributor who writes the policies, sets the rules, and checks the data yourself.

• Crypto Savvy: Since we support both crypto and fiat, you understand blockchain analytics, crypto compliance, and how AML applies to decentralized transactions.

• Solution-Oriented: You don’t just flag risks; you immediately present the practical solution to mitigate them.

What we are NOT looking for:

• General compliance managers without concrete iGaming & Anjouan experience.

• Agencies or consultancy firms outsourcing the work to juniors.

• People who need a corporate compliance committee to make a decision.
