    Well, what about the team?
    As our Casino Promotions Executive, you’ll design and deliver exciting casino promotions that keep players engaged, loyal, and coming back for more. You’ll support the execution of rewards and loyalty initiatives across all player segments in Spain, ensuring campaigns contribute to overall customer satisfaction and commercial performance.

    So, what will you be doing?

    • Creating monthly casino promotion plans for key activity across the business to deliver OKR and KPI targets.
    • Implementing plans in line with the promotional strategy defined by the Promotions Manager.
    • Creating and executing promotional activity from concept to live launch.
    • Executing promotional pay-outs.
    • Monitoring promotional spend and report variances.
    • Performing QA on promotions, including campaign setup, pay-out configuration, and cross-QA with other team members.
    • Investigating, reporting, and following up on customer contacts generated by promotions.
    • Executing ad-hoc campaigns.
    • Testing email, SMS, push, web, and app campaigns.
    • Owning the performance tracking of promotions against defined objectives.
    • Identifying promotional growth opportunities within the customer base.
    • Adopting test & learn methodologies to continuously improve planning and campaign development.
    • Executing targeted promotions for key cohorts, driving retention across operations.
    • Applying best practices to reduce errors and minimise customer contact with Customer Support.
    • Expanding the portfolio of promotional templates with top-performing mechanics for fast and efficient execution.
    • Supporting management with daily spend tracking, proposing corrective actions when needed.
    • Collaborating with Design and CRM teams to deliver best-in-class, highly engaging campaigns.
    • Providing feedback on rewards tooling development to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implementing best practices set by the management team.
    • Supporting senior management in the delivery of headline promotional campaigns.
    • Conducting market research within the casino space to introduce new ideas and mechanics.

    And what are we looking for?

    • Experience in a CRM or marketing role, preferably within iGaming.
    • Proven experience creating, executing, and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, In-App Messaging) from concept to delivery.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Braze or similar).
    • Experience managing a promotional calendar and coordinating offer execution with Product and Operations teams.
    • Ability to build and modify email templates using HTML, dynamic content, and personalisation.
    • Experience creating segments and campaigns within marketing automation tools.
    • Ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
    • Knowledge of casino betting mechanics and promotions.
    • Strong understanding of customer retention principles.
    • Experience using KPI monitoring tools and reports.
    • Expertise in customer segmentation and targeting to deliver personalised and relevant campaigns.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Fluent Spanish, Intermediate English.
