Job Description
As a Casino Coordinator, you will work in a dynamic and expanding team, coordinating delivery of a best in class Games and Live Casino Product, from our offices based in Malta.
We are seeking motivated individuals with strong interest for learning about the gambling industry.
Joining the fast-growing Gaming Product Operations department, you will be coordinating a wide range of tasks and duties, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Games and Live Casino Products.
You will build strong relationships by working closely with internal and external teams such as Compliance, Operational Development, Games Delivery, CRM, Design and Publishing, Operations Gaming Support, and Game Providers.
This position is being offered on a full-time basis. All relevant training will be provided.
Qualifications
- Ability to build strong working relationships with game providers through email, phone and face-to-face contact.
- Forward thinker with a passion for delivering the highest quality, ensuring the user experience is at the centre.
- Results driven and self-starter.
- Aptitude for working effectively under pressure on multiple concurrent tasks and projects whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work independently without supervision.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent oral and written English language skills.
- Readiness to adapt in a fast growing department.
- Ability to be innovative, creative, and think laterally to understand and adapt to market and technology trends.
Additional Information
- Being the point of contact, driving improvements, coordinating games releases, and taking ownership of the regulated market of responsiblilty.
- Contributing to the creation and suitability of the games roadmap.
- Monitoring and reporting of financial performance.
- Managing relationships with game providers.
- Assisting with the delivery of projects, such as new provider integrations and regulatory market integrations.
- Working with the Games Delivery team to ensure games are tested in Staging and Live environments, in line with agreed testing scripts.
- Completing testing where needed, to ensure the user experience is at the centre.
- Managing the team mailbox and actioning appropriate emails.
- Proactively completing competitor and country analysis, and presenting improvements for the regulatory market of responsibility.
- Actively participating in analysis and implementation of new product features while continually looking to improve bet365 offerings.
