Attendant – EVS Cleaner

The Attendant – EVS Cleaner (Housekeeper) maintains high standards of maintenance and cleanliness for all facilities and casino.  Provide outstanding guest service to internal and external guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure consistent high-quality service to all our team members and guests.
• Cleaning of slot machines, floors, windows, walls, stairs, and elevators in front and back of house areas.
• Ensure cleanliness of casino and pavilion.
• Clean, disinfect, and restock all restrooms in front and back of house areas.
• Use all cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
• Assist with guest requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, verbal communication skills.
• Requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a professional demeanor and presence with the ability to interact with guests and team members in the Company.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must possess excellent guest service skills to effectively deal with guests.
