Work mode: hybrid – 3 days per week from the Wave Office in Gdansk or Unity Office in Krakow.
What You’ll Do
Partner with key stakeholders to deliver the roadmap across the full lifecycle of a live game
Coordinate the delivery of multiple features and initiatives, ensuring quality and timely execution
Support the team day-to-day, offering guidance, mentorship, and course correction where needed
Maintain clear, consistent communication with leadership and cross-functional collaborators
Act as a key link between the Product Owner and the development team
Proactively identify and remove blockers to enable smooth delivery and team efficiency
Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Balance product priorities with team capacity and velocity
Promote a healthy team environment built on trust, motivation, and continuous improvement
Ensure alignment with studio standards, processes, and procedures
Collaborate with the Production Director to refine and document workflows
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and collaborator leadership skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams
Experience in mobile game production, including full-cycle development and/or live operations
Proven track record to run and support team delivery in a fast-paced, Agile environment
Proven understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management)
Sophisticated experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a flat organizational structure with high ownership and autonomy
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
Proficient English, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
PMP and/or Scrum certification
Experience in social casino development
