Job Description
- We are looking for:
- An experienced Animator with proven track records, who would be contributing in the area of innovative gaming Animations throughout production cycle.
- Who would be ensuring consistency and quality of animation/design work across the project teams.
- Who would be comprehending Art briefs well and quickly, Conceptualizing and producing creative Animations/ Artwork.
- Team and its function:
- The fellow member will be a seeding resource of a team which would handle creative Animation tasks back in India and later would be part of a small team responsible for building and maintaining creations.
- Member is expected to be responsive to remote direction and responsible for making changes as requested in a timely manner. Would be communicating complex art and animation related issues in a succinct and forthright manner to team members both locally and remotely.

- Selected member would be adding value to all aspects of the creative production pipeline from concept through pre-production, production till post-production.
- Selected member will be playing a key role in providing consistent high quality digital Artwork and Animation on innovative gaming products as briefed and directed from Chief Concept creator & Art Director. He/She will be conceptualizing new art and animation products in accordance with art brief.

- Minimum 10-13 years computer experience using related programs
- Minimum 6-10 years’ experience in a commercial Art / Animation environment, relevant skills (industry experience, tools we use, programming languages, etc.)
- Experience of leading a team of Artist & animators is an added advantage.
- A Formal Graphic Design or Animation Qualification
Senior 3D Animator / Generalist – Slot Machine Design Studio
- Experience creating high-quality 3D animations and visual assets for slot machine games, from concept through final implementation
- Proficient with Adobe After Effects to composite, apply FX, and render animation outputs for final delivery
- Advanced ability using Blender as a primary tool for modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, and animation
- Build and maintain efficient rigs for characters, symbols, and mechanical assets
- Model and texture characters, environments, and game elements with attention to visual style and performance constraints
- Design and set up lighting that enhances clarity, mood, and visual impact in a real-time or game-focused pipeline
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to integrate animated assets and visual effects into the game pipeline
- Iterate on work based on creative direction, technical feedback, and gameplay needs
- Maintain consistency with established art direction while contributing creative polish
Additional / Bonus Skills
- Background in creating game-ready assets for real-time or interactive applications
- Familiarity with slot game design or development
- Proficiency with Trapcode plugins (e.g., Particular, Form) for motion graphics and visual effects
- Working knowledge of Unity, including importing, setting up, and previewing animated assets
- 10 to 13 years of work experience
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in 3D animation or related field
- Experience in Casino Slot gaming domain is a plus
