🎯 The Role
We’re on the hunt for someone smart, confident, and experienced in affiliate marketing—especially in the gambling and crypto space. You know how to do the math behind deals, build win-win relationships, and negotiate with everyone from listing sites and influencers to streamers and high-value affiliates. You're analytical but also people-savvy, with strong communication skills and a high attention to detail.
This is not a junior or entry-level role—we need someone who can hit the ground running, owns their portfolio, and isn't afraid to push for better deals.
🛠️ Responsibilities
- Negotiate, structure, and seal affiliate deals across all domains: listing sites, networks, influencers, streamers, and player communities
- Evaluate ongoing deals to ensure ROI and profitability
- Handle affiliate reporting, communications, and payouts
- Maintain excellent relationships with key partners and act as the go-to contact
- Collaborate with internal teams on performance tracking and creative assets
- Identify new affiliate opportunities and untapped growth channels
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing—ideally in iGaming, crypto, or both
- Excellent with Excel, data analysis, and deal evaluation
- Strong communication skills across internal teams, partners, and stakeholders
- Sharp, business-minded, and comfortable with negotiation and numbers
Extra credit if you have:
- Experience working at or with crypto casinos
- Background in streamer management or influencer campaigns
