Mai Support is an agentic AI-powered recovery platform designed to help individuals experiencing problem gambling and substance use challenges through confidential, 24/7 support.

Our platform helps gaming operators strengthen their responsible gambling initiatives by extending player protection beyond risk identification and initial intervention. While existing responsible gambling systems focus on detecting concerning behavior, Mai Support addresses what comes next: providing players with immediate access to structured, interactive recovery modules and ongoing support whenever they need it.

For gaming operators, Mai Support complements existing responsible gambling programs without replacing monitoring systems, compliance procedures, or trained responsible gambling teams. The platform can be integrated into an operator's responsible gambling resources, providing an additional layer of player support.

For employers and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), Mai Support expands access to confidential recovery resources, complementing traditional employee wellness and assistance programs.

Our mission is to make recovery support more accessible, confidential, and available whenever individuals need help.

By combining agentic AI technology with structured recovery support, Mai Support helps organizations move beyond identifying risk toward supporting meaningful behavioral change.
